Description

“Millie” is a sweet vintage collectible porcelain doll designed by artist Mary Tretter and produced by Ashton-Drake Galleries as an original issue in the Country Sweethearts collection. She measures approximately 13 inches (33 cm) from head to toe.

This edition was permanently closed in 2000. According to the original edition information, the molds were then broken and no further porcelain castings of “Millie” were to be produced. Other listings identify “Millie” as a Mary Tretter-designed Ashton-Drake Country Sweethearts doll, with examples documented as a 1996 issue.worthpoint+1

Condition and restoration

Millie has been thoroughly cleaned and her hair has been carefully restored. She now presents beautifully and is in excellent refreshed condition, ready for display in a vintage porcelain doll collection.
